post

Chief Psychologist (BS-20), Federal Public Service Commission.

Minimum

Qualification &

Experience:

i. Ph.D. or equivalent qualification in Psychology from a University

recognized by HEC.

ii. Thirteen (11) years post qualification experience in any of the fields

specified in Schedule-II.

OR

i. M. Phil. or equivalent degree in Psychology from a University

recognized by HEC.

ii. Fifteen (15) years post qualification experience in any of the fields

specified in Schedule-II.

OR

i. Second Class or Grade β€˜C’ Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied

Psychology or equivalent qualification from a University recognized by

the HEC.

ii. Seventeen (17) years post qualification experience in any of the fields

specified in Schedule-II.

Note: For Ph.D./M.Phil degree holders, One Research Paper in

Impact Factor (IF) Journals in areas such as Psychometrics, or

Clinical, or Test Construction and Measurement or Personnel

Selection or Job analysis or Counselling shall be counted as oneyear Experience with a cap of maximum five (5) years of experience

that can be adjusted against publications

SCHEDULE-II

(a) Professional: Experience in Public Service Commission or Armed

Forces or other institutions engaged in work related to Selection of

personnels or recruitment or Test Construction and Measurement or

report writing. OR Research oriented organization/Consultancy firm

engaged in Psychometric evaluation, Personality assessment etc.

(b) Teaching: Teaching experience in one of the fields/areas i.e.

Psychometrics/Clinical/Psychological evaluation/Personality assessment/

Test Construction and Measurement or Organizational/ Personnel

Psychology or Counselling Psychology. Teaching experience should be

at post graduate level.

Max Marks: 200 Qualifying Standard: 50%
