Syllabus Details
PERA established under the Punjab Enforcement and Regulation Act, 2024 with the aim of streamlining regulatory measures across Punjab for effective enforcement of special laws. PERA is inviting applications from highly motivated, and competent professionals for the following positions:
Position: Sergeant – (BS-07)
Pay Scale: BS-07 + PERA Special Allowance (which shall not be admissible during training period)
Prescribed Qualification and Skills as per PERA Service Regulations:
Intermediate from a recognized Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education
Physical Standards for Male Candidates:
- BMI: 27 or below
- Height without shoes: 173 cm
- One mile Running: For qualifying minimum 07 minutes.
- Chest Measurement:
- Non-Expanded – 32 inches
- Expanded – 34 inches or above.
- Minimum 2 inches expansion is mandatory.
Physical Standards for Female Candidates:
- BMI: 27 or below
- Height without shoes: 162 cm
- One mile Running: For qualifying minimum 11 minutes.
- Chest Measurement: N/A
Eyesight for Male and Female:
6/6 with glasses. Color blind is ineligible.
Age: 18 to 26 years
Domicile: All Punjab (Merit shall be calculated on the basis of District Cadre)
Proposed place of Posting: Anywhere in Punjab (preferably within concerned District)

- Sargodha – 50 posts
- Bahawalpur – 90 posts
- Multan – 90 posts
- Faisalabad – 90 posts
- DG Khan – 50 posts
- Gujranwala – 90 posts
- Gujrat – 50 posts
- Rawalpindi – 150 posts
How to Apply:
- No relaxation in age, education or physical standards shall be allowed to any person including the existing Government Servants. Moreover, Punjab Civil Servants Recruitment (Relaxation in Upper Age Limit) Rules, 1976 are not applicable for these posts.
- Interested candidates (having domicile of the above listed districts) must first register themselves at Punjab Job Portal: https://jobs.punjab.gov.pk/
- The candidates (having domicile of the above listed districts) are advised to provide their complete educational information like Matriculation, Intermediate degrees otherwise the digital system-based validation may not allow them to proceed further for completion of online application process.
- After creating the account on the Punjab Jobs Portal, the applicant (having domicile of the above listed districts) through his / her account shall fill in the application form against the advertised positions by submitting necessary information and required documents i.e. Photo, CNIC (Front & Back), Domicile, Police Verification Certificate (Optional), Driving License (Optional) etc.
- The Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of positions.
- The applicant (having domicile of the above listed districts) whose documents are verified, will be issued challan and identification slips for physical test. The identification slip will only be issued (to the candidates having domicile of the above listed districts) after the challan is paid through PayZEn against the PSID mentioned in challan before or on the last date of submission of applications.
- Process: Any Mobile Banking App. > Payment Option. > Payment Service. > 1.Bill Service. > PSID. > Payment (PSID can been seen in "Saved Jobs" Section of Punjab Job Portal which shall be available to the candidates once they applied on the position).

- Last Date for submission of applications is 20.07.2026.
Important Information:
- Syllabus for written examination / test and general instructions shall be communicated to the candidates (having domicile of the above listed districts) on their given emails and website of PERA (http://www.pera.punjab.gov.pk/careers). The candidates are advised to keep visiting the Job Portal, PERA's Website and Official Social Media Platforms for updates.
- Only digitally issued domicile certificates are acceptable.
- Candidates are advised to use their actual address and SIM Card issued against their own CNIC as all future correspondence shall be done through email and / or SMS and they shall be responsible for any issue / problem in non-receipt of any information or update regarding the recruitment process.
